Responsibilities:
-Drivers License required with driving record check.
-Manage 5-10 team members
-communicate with customers
- Perform various landscaping tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming lawns
- Maintain and care for gardens, including planting, weeding, and watering
- Assist with hardscape projects such as installing pavers or retaining walls
- Conduct snow plowing and ice removal during winter months
- Trim trees and shrubs to maintain their health and appearance
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools
- Assist with irrigation system installation and maintenance
- Perform general groundskeeping duties to ensure a clean and attractive outdoor environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping preferred
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with hardscape installation and maintenance
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Experience with tree trimming and pruning techniques
- Understanding of irrigation systems and their operation
